  • Winter Rental - $2,500 per Month {September through February Only}


   Spring & Summer {March 1st through Labor Day}

  • $325.00 per night or $1,950 per Week

    • ​Weekends Require a Two (2) Night Stay.

    • Holidays and Boat Race Weekend each Require a Three (3) Night Stay.

    • There is a One Time Cleaning Fee of $80 per Stay

    • Check In at 4:00 PM - Check Out 11:00 AM

    • State Sales & City Occupany Taxes of Thirteen Percent (13%) Apply and are Not Included in the Price Shown Above
